| Great thread idea.  I've been re-discovering the Bodyguard soundtrack lately and I think "I will always love you" and "I have nothing" are probably two of the most beautiful songs of all time. I could listen to it all day. Did you see the french performance?? The mic was sooo low!  She was backsingin for her backvocals!  The Oprah interview was also very touching and the performing was incredible!! Yeah, I saw the french performance too, it really looked like there was a problem with her mic  And yeah, I loved the Oprah performance too Anyway, like you said I'm just so happy she's back in a good spirit and health, looking gorgeous and with a great album I've always loved her music but since the last three years or so I've been loving Whitney more and more because I keep discovering stuff about her like by watching old interviews or performances and she's just amazing That's why when I heard like a year ago or so that she was going to come back soon I was even more happy and now she's finally back That's so great! Especially knowing everything she's been through I guess you watched her Million Dollar Bill video? | I did watch it! It's an amazing video. She looks gorgeous. And a lot of stuff reminds me of old Whitney... like that red dress... the hair when she's on stage... She IS the greatest singer of all time. No doubt. No one can even be compared. What she does on a stage... is just... just incomparable. She has such an incredible voice, I'm just always amazed when I watch her live performances I think no one does live like she does Just like for example when she sang I Have Nothing at the Billboard award 93, that was such an awesome performance!!! | This 93 Billboard is the one where she sings Porgy / And I'm Telling You / I Have Nothing???? God... she exploded the whole world with that performance. She totally kicked! And the way she sings... She KNOWS no one does it like her. Did you see a video where she goes soprano with Pavarotti?? | Elite Fan | No, at the Billboard award she only sang I Have Nothing but boy, did she killed that performance It was simply amazing, she even got a standing ovation like in the middle of the song and people stayed up and kept clapping till the end lol That's how awesome she is I might look for a YT link later to show you the one I'm talking about But I also really love the one you mentioned when she sang Porgy/And I'm Telling You/I Have Nothing It was at the Amercian Music Awards in 1994 and I was also amazed of how she so easily did those three songs one after another, it was like 10 minutes of perfection Yeah, I saw that vid with Pavarotti Love it! And how awesome is she to even be able to sing like that? Do you have a fave song on her new album by the way? | I'm so happy. Yesterday my brother just said to me that he growned up listening to Whitney Houston (cause I was listening...) and said she has the most powerful voice he ever heard! Then we sat down and watched to some video performances! We watched Porgy / And I Am Telling You / I Have Nothing (Billboard 1993)...
