| What is the band that realy gets on your Nerves? I always have one band that really gets on my bitchy side.What are some of yours and why do you hate them?When more people write on this thread I'm going to see who people across the world realy hate and then post the results on this thread. The band right know that gets on nerves is the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. They say the same thing over and over again and it gets really anoing. The way they play the guitar makes me get a head ache. | Really Yeah Yeah Yeah are pretty good.Have u hear any other song other then "Maps"?? I really Dislike Linkin Park- cause to me every thing sounds the same Simple Plan/NFG- lead singers cant sing thats it for now. | |||

| I love YYYs, but then again I have their album (and EP) and I can understand how they'd be annoying. Actually...I don't usually go for that type of music anyway, I just think the way Karen O sings is cute. Yeah the guitar-playing is pretty...uneven. That's part of the reason Punk is one of my least favorite genres (I'm talking old-school punk). I hate when people throw a band together and somehow release albums before they even take the time to learn how to play the damn instruments. It's called MELODY people, Jesus. Sorry.  The band that makes me want to rip my own ears off the most would probably have to be... Red Hot Chili Peppers? His voice is horrible, lyrics are retarded, and their style of music is somewhat unique, but still awful to me. It gets redundant after a while. It's too bad too because when they first came out in the 80s or whatever they released a couple decent singles. I also can't stand Evanescence. I borrowed their Fallen CD from my aunt and holy hell! Most of those songs all sound the same. The generic guitar riffs (which sound like every other hardcore band's riffs) always drown out whatever the HELL it is that Amy Lee is WHINING about in her ever-so-nasal voice. And can she go ONE song without mentioning death? Lawd have mercy. And - I know this is going to sound narrow-minded and angry, but **** that I'm on the rag anyway  - every. single. fan. I've met of theirs is annoying. Pretentious goth wannabes kind of piss me off. "Lyk omiGAH, Amy Lee is so kEwl, I want 2 slit my wrists so I can have bandages 2 match herz! | Ditto to the posts above. I have a 12 year old cousin who loves Blink-182 and it drives me insane that she thinks -that- is what punk is. I've been trying to get her to listen to some Clash to ease her into the good stuff. She already digs Lou Reed and even loves Heroin so there's definately hope. Also, Nickleback...every one of their songs annoys me. | |||
