Music - Vinyl/Record lovers #1: Music sounds better on a record player!

Whether you're into old-school or modern artists, vinyl are still being pressed. I personally think music sounds better on records. Don't get me wrong, digital form is convenient but it's a more compressed and unified sound whereas records provide more nuances.

How many records do you have?

glad that someone else like vinyl. I start a bunch of new threads like every other year? lol that's why I have such a low post count XD

I stopped counting my collection. Maybe 30? I don't know. I'm a sucker for coloured and picture vinyl. I miss my record player. I'm so far from home at the moment.

One of my friends got married a few years back. The wedding was under the music theme and they gave everyone a 7" as a gift. Haha my friend got them cheap and used but the one I got was actually not bad. It's not some cheesy old songs. I remember being a rock song but I didn't shazam for it. It was a cool idea.

^ That's awesome. We're incorporating a lot of records into our wedding decor as well. I appreciate that classic sound.

Me too, I have quite a few of those, including white, blue, purple (and I know there's more

Picture disc are so cool, I don't want to play them lol. I read that playing it won't ruin the pic.

I have AFI's Miss Murder picture disc in both 7" and 10".

My Starset album is still my favorite.

I wish I would've snagged one of those printings of AFI's Blood Album on vinyl. I really liked the purple one.

yeah the Blood album in so many colors. i didn't want to spent too much on the same album. So I have the UO exclusive edition of the Blood album.
