Short Band's Bio

TOKIO HOTEL are Bill Kaulitz (vocals) & Tom Kaulitz (guitar), Georg Listing (bass) and Gustav Schäfer (drums).
Bill and Tom, who are identical twins, were were just 13 years old when they made their first record, and all members are still all under 21 today. The four friends started a band called Devilish and recorded a self-titled album, but were noticed later on by musical producers who took them under their wing, and put then under contract as Tokio Hotel. Since signing with Universal in May 2005, TH have sold approaching three million records & DVDs in Germany alone, making them the country’s most successful band. They have also reached widespread success in France and some Eastern countries and now, with their new english album, are gaining more and more fans in the rest of Europe too. TH's german albums – 2005’s ‘Schrei’ (who was re-published as 'Schrei So Laut Du Kannst' in 2006, with some bonus tracks and some re-recorded songs after Bill's voice had deepened with puberty) and follow-up ‘Zimmer 483’ – have both topped the charts at home, spawning four No.1 singles, and in the case of the former, staying on those charts for 66 unbroken weeks. 'Scream', that came out with the name 'Room 483' in Germany, is an english album that contains english versions of some songs from both the german albums.

This group is just getting to be very big here in Italy. I've never known a group with people who either love them or hate them so much. I like their 'monsoon' single and the boy with the blonde dreads is very cute
