Solange Knowles May Be Pregnant

NEW YORK (AP) -- She's barely out of childhood herself, but there are whispers that singer-actress Solange Knowles, the younger sister of Destiny's Child member Beyonce, may be with child.

The New York Daily News reports their father and manager Mathew Knowles wants to keep the news a secret until 17-year-old Solange's movie, "Johnson Family Vacation," opens next month.

The paper quotes a source as saying Knowles is so determined to keep the baby hush-hush, he has offered exclusive access to big sister Beyonce to a celebrity news magazine if the magazine kept quiet about the baby.

Solange was married last month in the Bahamas to college football player Daniel Smith.

Beyonce, her parents and Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland were in attendance.

The Daily News says it recently asked Solange about the baby story, and while she said she wouldn't talk about her family life, she didn't deny that she was pregnant.
