We're good, thankfully.

We're far enough outside the city where we haven't been affected yet. Definitely staying put for awhile. I understand anger, but this is getting out of hand.

I just feel bad for some of my coworkers who had to evacuate their homes in the area because they didn't feel safe.

It's a tough one, but it's obvious that talk alone hasn't solved anything, time and time again. Then they went and arrested black reporter and their crew while leaving another white journalist to do their job. It's beyond belief.

We've had some gorgeous Summer days lately, a few of which we've spent in our little blow up pool, since our public one won't be open this year.

But it's better than nothing.

Our Goverernor did announce pools could be at 25 percent this week, so we'll see if there's an update.

We went out to a park today and there were a bunch of people out at the swimming beach even though the sign said "closed", but I guess unless they're petrolling everywhere they're not going to care.

Hey Dave and Jess!

I'm glad things are starting to open up and I'm doing alright now my job cut my hours again because they bought back the night audit guy they laid off because the other guy doing it didn't want to do the night audit anymore and I told them No when asked if I wanted to take over the Night Audit shift 11pm-7am. I will stick to working my 3pm-11pm shifts. So I'm working today and tomorrow 3pm-11pm and then collecting unemployment too.

So true Jess they can't patrol everywhere.

I'm glad you are having a some good Summer days too. Yes a blow up pool is good too.

Yes I like that a lot of the events get postponed you get the option keep the ticket or get a refund too!
