We actually just rewatched Parks and Rec not too long ago! I've watched it maybe 4-5 times all the way through.. never gets old. I really miss shows like that!

I was just going to say, go for it, Nellie! I did. It's actually really nice. I can just roll out of bed and not have to do a damn thing to my hair. Mine was also really damaged (I've been dying it since I was 13), so I felt it was time to start over.

Well. You should know, I asked for a modest 3 inches off. I even showed him where he should cut on my hair. And still.... STILL he cut off like 6 inches. As soon as I walked in, he said he knew exactly what he was going to do.. and I knew then he wouldn't take my suggestions into consideration I don't mind so much, I'm more pissed that he can't listen to directions and even though my hair looks pretty good, it still irks me. I'll post my before/after later, it's a doozy.

TGIF! I'm sure we're getting out early again. Too bad it's pissing rain outside. I don't wanna go back out in that!

Maybe hairdressers have a different measuring guide. He did tell me that my "3 inches" (roughly measured with my hand) was more like 6, so I dunno

With layers and etc. I think they do measure differently. I don't think 3 inches on a ruler is the same with hair. I've had that happen to me before too. Luckily it's just hair and it grows back.

The weather here has actually been beautiful compared to what we've had this summer. It's been so humid most days I don't want to go out and do anything, but this week we've had very little humidity and it's been kind of cool.
Almost Fall-like, which I enjoy.
