Well, it seems Twitter is master.
That is the only way we've received any information regarding the massive f-up that is our flight to the UK. We are finally making headway, and it's only taken 6 whole days of back and forth and then Twitter to get it done.  The amount that I've used Twitter in the last week is the most ever, I think. It's a big weekend!! Game of Thrones returns!  I'm SO ready but like with all things that end, I don't want it to and am tempted to get distant just to avoid the inevitable..  __________________

I've watched a handful of episodes of the first season because my roommate at the time was watching it, but that's as far as I've delved into GOT.
 Not my cup of tea.  Record Store Day this weekend. We'll see how much damage I do this year.  |

Jess, it's not for everyone! My brother-in-law watched like half of the first season when they visited last and while it looked like he was hooked, he said he didn't care for it. Record Store Day - big ass sale? __________________

A bunch of friends posted about the Record Store Day! I didn't know it was a thing
We went out shopping yesterday for clothes for the wedding. Plus other errands relating to it.. That took 8 hours.  But I have a dress to wear, and Gareth has his suit, we got the driving stuff sorted out.. now we just need confirmed flights (still battling with that) I still have a bit of shopping left, but I'd call that "casual" shopping If I can't find anything, it won't be the end of the world. I just want some newer things to wear. It's been a while since I bought anything nice for myself!We pushed ourselves and even agreed to go to a hockey game. We couldn't pass it up cuz it's playoff hockey! Unfortunately, my team lost and all I'm left with is disappointment (it was a poor performance) and a sore throat Series is tied!GOT tonight! __________________

Yes I was!
Still tired from it!  I found the GOT premier to be a bit lack luster, but it seemed mostly like an introduction, like "where are the characters now?" type deal. Still stoked for next week!!__________________

It definitely was, but after almost two years (for most viewers) it made sense.
I think that's why it's the shortest of the season, it served its purpose and we're all set for the final five.  |
