Bought the new Tool on digital. It’s decent enough but nowhere as flawless as reviewers are saying.

My husband made me suffer through it on the way up north yesterday.

There were two tracks I would listen to again, but I would never listen to it as a whole again.

Right? You have to set aside a good hour and a half.

But I heard there's a version without the interludes, which wouldn't be quite as long, and it still sounds okay.

Well the CD can't fit them all on, so there's just the one before 7empest (Chocolate Chip Trip).

It knocks about 12 minutes off if you remove them all and at least then you know you're listening to the main tracks.
