| Jack Johnson / Ben Harper Thread Hi Everyone! I have to say that I love Jack Johnson and Ben Harper. I didn`t find a thread about the two, so I decieded to open one. And because the two are great friends I decieded to open one thread for both. | I love them, especially Jack. "Taylor" is almost permanently stuck in my head. I also love "Flake". IMO they compliment each other so well. Well done for starting this thread. A nice mellow place to visit I would imagine. | |||

| I love Jack Johnson, my friend let me listen to his CD 'in between dreams' and I was instantly hooked  Have him playing all the time now.. Ben Harper.. I only know a few of his songs but I do like them. | Yes, I love "walk away" and I love it, when my boyfriend plays it on his guitar Great that you like my idea with opening that topic. OK, my fave songs from Jack are Taylor, Good People, Banana Pancake, Traffic in the sky and lots more. My fave Ben songs are Walk Away, Burn One down and Waiting on an Angel ... Thanks for postin the pics I'd never even seen a picture of Jack before..Can somebody explain why this music is all about surfing/summer....I know that its their hobby and everything.. but when listening to the music it's not the first thing that comes to mind! Not at all in fact! (to me, surfmusic is stuff like..um.. the Beach Boys?!) ANYWAYS, Jack Johnson is performing in Amsterdam this week. The show sold out in less than 2 hours. I'm sad!! | ahahahaha yes i love banana pancakes!! Its fun as. I love the one about them living in a hosue together witha piano in the lounge and he play love songs and she plays boogie woogie. his songs are so cool and calm yet funky at the same time. Smooth | |||

| I saw them both in concert a couple of years ago, and they both rock. Unfortunately they didn't perform together (Jack was opening for Ben), but it was still great __________________ | |||
