I know this is very obscure, but I’m looking for songs that mention dancing and parting. Don’t ask me why I’m asking for a song like that, I just have a specific agenda in mind. The closest song I have found to what I’m looking for is Garth Brooks’ “The Dance”. It’s a nice song and the lyrics say what I want them to. I would just prefer a less country, slightly more uptempo song. If anyone can help me out, that would be great. Also, if anyone knows of any songs that talk about breaking up but always remaining in each others’ hearts, I would very much appreciate that too.
Thanks. BTW, the type of artists I like are Faith Hill, LeAnn Rimmes, Bryan Adams, and Beth Nielson-Chapman. None of these artists have they type of song I’m looking for, but I’m interested in artists of this genre.
