Happy Birthday, Tupac

I've always had this feeling that he was still out there somewhere. Tupac would have been 35 years of age today. More than just a rapper turned actor, Tupac was the next voice. He had the power to be that next great figure of inspiration. Some how, some way his physical body has left this place almost 10 years ago, but his words, his spirit remains on in many of us.

Picture me rollin'

I can't believe I missed this thread...love Pac and miss him. The rap game isn't the same anymore...funny right now I'm listening to One Day At A Time.

Happy Belated Birthday Tupac....hope he found the peace and happiness he had been looking for all along. Even though I wish he was still here with us...

Happy birthday to Tupac. He will be forever remembered for everything he's achieved, alive or not.

Aw, man. It's been what? 10 years since his death? I still miss the guy.

Happy Birthday, Pac.

Doesn't even seem like that long. Pac still gets weekly play on my systems.

^ ^ same here Chris

Wanted to this thread up since Tupac's 10th year anniversary is coming up. I still remember seeing the 'breaking news' on MTV announcing he didn't make it. Shocking and sad!!!

Bury me smilin with Gs in my pocket
Have a party at my funeral
Let every rapper rock it, let tha hoes that I usta know
From way before, kiss me from my head to my toe
Give me a paper and a pen, so I can write about my life of sin
A couple bottles of gin incase I dont get in
Tell all my people Im a ridah, nobody cries when we die
We outlaws let me ride...

Eternally in my mission is to be more than just a rap musician
The elevation of today's generation if could make 'em listen....

I knew one day I gotta be a star, my hopes and all my wishes
So many vivid pictures, and all the currency I'll never even get to see
This fast life soon shatters cause after all the lights and screams
Nothing but my dreams matter, hoping for better days....

It was an unfortunate passing. Pac still had so much more left to do in the industry. If he was alive, hip-hop would be a lot different today.

Although I love Tupac's music, I don't think today's music producers have the right to gain money through remixing his music. Don't like that at all...

Well, aren't their some conspiracy theories about Tupac's death out there?

Ganxta.
