There is no comparison to GMR in my opinion. It's totally different and it's awesome.
yeah Tony pulled the knife, but he's out of jail and no charges are being...well...charged. He's a free man. I saw an interview with him and he looked...so out of it. So....crushed. I feel so bad for him.  Star __________________

Ok, so GC just played a "Live@Much" on tv...interviews and songs.
I noticed Joel is wearing a band on his ring finger. Now, I heard a few months ago that he and Nicole were looking at engagement rings and what not. It could have been total bullsh-t. But maybe not...I've never seen this ring before and I'm wondering if anyone has heard anything about this?  I'm hoping it's not...Nicole is just so horribly wrong for him!I was actually replused when I noticed it.__________________

Well, I lurked around the internet a bit and Nicole apparently has the same one. They are supposedly "promise rings."
WTF? It kind of makes me miss Jilary. Joel is just..I don't know. You want him to be happy but at the same time, you want him to be with someone with a good head on her shoulders. I don't think Nicole is that girl  And might I just add that the new album has been on repeat since I bought it. I don't think I'd be able to choose a favourite, that's how awesome it is. __________________

I bought the limited edition at Target that came with a DVD. There's an acoustic Benji and Joel performance of "Beautiful Place." I ripped the audio...
Beautiful Place (Acoustic) More proof that Benji should indeed be the lead singer. Just saying. __________________

The acoustic version is so good. I think Benji's voice is more suited for the stripped acoustic performances while Joel's is to the full band versions. __________________

I would go see Brand New, except for the following factors:
A) They're playing no shows in South Australia. B) I have no money. C) I don't actually have 3 reasons but I think it's vital to have a C. So yeah.  BUT! I got the new album! YAAAAY! How frickin good is it? I haven't listened to it completely yet, but I remember someone mentioning 'The River' before and maaan that song's good. I agree with you Star, that there is no comparison. So good. __________________
