| Gia Farrell
Gia Farrell is a singer who is well known for her song, "Hit Me Up" which is featured in the soundtrack of Happy Feet. She was born to Italian-American parents on February 9, 1989 and she lives in Suffern, New York. Like Britney, Christina and Justin Timberlake, she also competed on Star Search and won in the first round. Her biggest influences are Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera. She was signed to Atlantic Records in 2006 but she was dropped in December 2007. As of now, she is active again in her music career (though she is not yet signed to any label as of now). She is currently providing back-up vocals in Miranda Cosgrove's tour to promote her debut album, "Sparks Fly".
