Frank Sinatra - Appreciation Thread 1: Because He Is A Legend

I absolutely adore him, i know i am 21 yrs old but i thought he was so handsome when he was younger and i love his voice, i am just listening to I got you under my skin, and i still watch his movies if they come on tv.

Does anybody else like him and what's your favourite song of his?

And what's his best album to get? As i want to get some Frank Sinatra albums

I am a huge Franky fan. There are so many great songs that its so hard to pick a favorite. Hmm....."I've got the world on a string" is really good. I also love him singing "Angel Eyes."

I love his movies too. He did a great job with "From Here To Eternity" In fact, once he dies I always get bored. He's so charming and his voice is addictive.

Hey all
- Thought I had to revive this thread.
I'm a huge Frank-fan aswell.
My favourite songs would be Love's Been Good to Me, They Can't Take that away From Me, More and his version of George Harrison's Something. But there's so many. I love his music and movies, especially "High Society."

My mother introduced me to the wonderful world of Frank Sinatra. I absolutely love him... he had a special voice. My mother's favourite song is "My Way" but i like him more singing Cole Porter "I have you under my skin" and "Night and Day"

I'm definitely a Frank Sinatra fan. I loved the way he would sing romantic ballads, and his voice, in his prime, was so beautiful. I don't think there was anyone like him in his era, and I have a lot of his albums.

I love the music of my parents' era, and my favorite singers of that era are Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Billie Holliday, Judy Garland, and Ella Fitzgerald.
