Did you ever get into Babymetal? That stuff is so damn catchy! I really didn't think I'd get into it (hubby is) but it grows on you.

I saw them live a few years ago and they were pretty good. Anyone who can choreograph Japanese metal is a win in my book.

I can't see the correlation I'm going to guess it's a no? I watched again (with sound ) and this kind of music is not my cup of tea, but I was wondering if the screamer was in the band or not. Good to know! They've got a bit of kick to them.

The "screams" me think of Babymetal cuz in their CD booklet, the 2 "dancer girls" are listed as "screams" and it just made me laugh cuz it's so innocent and sweet.

Oh, fair enough. I suppose there's added synth, but they're equally metal (with singers that don't play instruments but have choreography). I'm aware that I have more eclectic taste than most.

Thanks for the reminder! I don't know if I mentioned it, but I did listen to Evocation II and it's a pretty album if you like the folkier side to them. It's primarily the female singer too!

Getting into the J/K-rock/metal/pop is a big rabbit hole! I don't think I'm ready for it

I'm not sure, but I'll definitely have to give it a try before November I like Ategnatos though!

It sure is! On the plus side, I ordered from Amazon Japan on Monday and got it on Friday.
