| Favourite Duets Hi! I want to make a CD with duets on it, and I'd like to ask for some help. Please advise me some good collaboration but not some cheap pop/r'nb - rap collaboration like Beyonce and Jay-Z, Nelly and anyone... rather two decent artists in a beautiful song, for example: Kylie Minouge& Nick Cave - Where the wild roses grow... | It's kinda hard to answer, not knowing your music taste... Anyway, here goes: How about Marvin Gaye and Tammy Terrell? "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" is one of my all-time favorite songs. Let's see... oooh!!! Soulive and Dave Matthews. Their cover of Ani DiFranco's "Joyful Girl." Prince and some woman who's name I can't remember -- "Nothing Compares 2 U." DMB and Warren Haynes -- "Cortez the Killer." If you don't know this song, don't let the name fool you. It's a gorgeous song, and Warren Haynes is phenomenal. I know you said no Beyonce -- I'm not a huge fan of hers either -- but her duet with Luther Vandross, "The Closer I Get to You" is actually good. Along those same lines (r&b duets)... Lionel Richie and Diana Ross -- "Endless Love." John Mellencamp and M'shelle Ndegello (I totally butchered her name, I'm sure, but I'm too lazy right now to figure out how it's actually spelled) -- their cover of "Wild Nights." Oh man... I like... Uh... Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion, "the Prayer." Eric Benet and Tamia -- "Spend My Life with You." __________________ my heart goin' BOOM BOOM BOOM... | |||

| Thank you guys  I will look for these songs  I know i didn't specialized my taste in music but I don't think that's matters by a good collaboration BTW I'm really into rock, ambient/folk and goth music but look at my favourite duets: The Gathering ft. Trickster G - Life all mine Farmer boys ft.
