| Fan Forum's Finest   | Eurovision Song Contest 2006 in Athens Does any of you watch Eurovision Song Contest?  I've missed them the last couple of years but this year I'm able to watch. It's a good fun, a bit of camp, don't you think?  Usually my country sucks (Finland) but this year I think we have a pretty good chance to get to the final. (Although we say that every year  ) Well, at least we'll stand out. | Fan Forum's Finest | Yay, people posted here! Kitty_Fantastico, I'm sorry.   Eilleen, we usually embarrass ourselves too but this year I think we have nothing to be ashamed of. I know Lordi can look scary but it's only a show, they're regular well-behaving citizens behind the masks. I heard the press in Athens is impressed by how polite and nice they are. So what are your favourite songs? I haven't had a chance to listen to the others much so apart from Lordi I can't really tell. | I saw the semi-final and it was typical Eurovision fun: Kate Ryan - who can at least sing - lost against some really weird (and downright awful) performances. Finland gets 100 super-cool extra points from me for being fully clothed. I prefer crazy over slutty. I also love the cowboy outfits of our German candidates. No no never, no no never...
