| Electronic Music Couldn't find any threads about this sort of music.(Sorry if there actually is one and I just missed it  )So, anyone here who listens to ANY kind of electronic music? | There isn't, as far as I know. And it's funny because I just created a trip-hop thread which has distant links to electronica, but anyway... My only knowledge of electronica is Radiohead's Kid A and Thom Yorke's The Eraser/Spitting Feathers work, but I do like those. Are those considered electronica? | Um, I haven't heard about Thom Yorke actually, and that particular song by radiohead I haven't heard. But the songs I have heard by Radiohead I'd say is poprock or something like that. | No those are albums well there's also the song 'Kid A' but as you can tell italics are albums for me. And the Kid A and Amnesiac songs have electronica in it - most of it anyway. I think you're talking about the earlier stuff like The Bends or OK Computer because their electronica work have been compared to Aphex Twins (not that I've heard them though).__________________ go easy on me, I can't help what I'm doing | icon | |||

| I like electronic music but i'm not sure it's the same kind you usually listen to. I like a lot techno (Jeff Mills, Carl Cox), Progressive (Tiesto), Trance and makina (a mix of hardtechno and harddance with some hints of hardcore) that is very popular in spain. | |||

| Well, I'm not much of a techno fan, but I just wanted to start a thread for electronic music in general Can you recommend any good techno? I haven't really heard that much to be honest.
