Classical/Orchestral Music #1

CD Baby: KELLY ANDREW KAVENY: Olympus

CD Baby: E.S. POSTHUMUS: Unearthed

Both of these artists sound like classical music and movie soundtrack music. This is most underrated genre; I think more people should get into it. Anyone still listen to this type of music?

Hey, Lyceum!
I've got some movie soundtracks and I love them

By the way, welcome to the Music board!
You are very welcome to start new threads, however I'll edit your post just to delete the links as it would be considered spam Also, I hope you don't mind me editing the title to make it look like a Classical/Orchestral Music appreciation thread
Thread added to the board guide, by the way.

Hi. I recently acquired the soundtrack to Les Choristes and my mp3 software sees it as classical and I agree that it's very classical/orchestral sounding.

Hello all. There's also another artist named Hanz Zimmer who does movie soundtracks like The Rock and Gladiator. Really great music.

I'm beyond ignorant when it comes to really knowing anything about classical music, but I do enjoy the random pieces I find. Especially symphonies. There is something so dynamic and energetic about them.

Starting with The Classical Symphony is okay though

Christmas for me means just one thing.

Nutcracker by Tchaikovskij. I could listen all day long to Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy in this period, seriously.Especially at night. It's special.
