News of the Moment:

Singer kicks off 18-date tour November 17 in Sheffield, England

The risque chanteuse's 22-song set is broken into three sections; 1920s, Juke Joint and Circus, and includes over 15 scantily clad costumes.

Christina will be featured in various scenarios, from a good girl gospel choir, to a sultry strip tease in which she removes a flapper dress to reveal a vintage 20s swimsuit. In one of the racier numbers, "Nasty Naughty Boy," Christina, dressed in a bra and shorts, brings a male audience member onstage and shows off her S&M side by using five whips and a burning Wheel of Death. Subtle. Despite her current glamorous old Hollywood look, Christina proves she's "Still Dirrty" by donning some hot lace chaps and riding a carousel horse that comes with its own built-in stripper pole. Yow!

Although the tour highlights songs from her new album, Aguilera will still belt out oldies like "Come On Over," "Lady Marmalade" and a reggae version of "What a Girl Wants." Curiously omitted from the set list is the hit that made her a household name, "Genie in a Bottle." The show will close with a double encore of "Beautiful" and "Fighter." Sing it girl!

The titillating girlie show kicks off February 20 in Houston, with the Pussycat Dolls and Danity Kane rounding out the bill.

Song of the Moment:

Without You

Have I been blind?
For the first time in my life I feel I've opened up my eyes
Since you've arrived like an angel from the sky
I'm on a spiritual high

So don't you ever go away, I could never face
Losing you would kill my faith in a higher place

What kind of world would it be without you
I couldn't breathe without you here
What kind of world would I see without you
I can't dream without you here

Yeah woah yeah

Beautiful boy, how on earth did I do something worth deserving you?
My better half how I cherish through and through every part of you
I do

Loving you's made me whole, now I belong, I found my heart
Promise me we'll always stay the way we are today

What kind of world would it be without you
I couldn't breathe without you here
What kind of world would I see without you
I can't dream without you here

Hey-yeah

I can't ever imagine if this never would happened
I thank God everyday, almost lost you forever
But I always remember (remember)
That you're my saving grace

What kind of world (what kind of world)
Would it be without you
(oh without you)
I couldn't breathe without you here
(ohh here)
What kind of world (what kind of world)
Would I see without you
(oh see without you)
I can't dream without you here.

Latest Christina Quotes:

"I think it's important to be fearless whenever you're doing something for your art."

"Just like I knew I was going to be far more than that genie in a bottle, I knew
I wasn't going to be that girl in the chaps forever," she said. "I'm in it for the long run."

"I totally went to bat every single day, I put my whole heart into it (album).
I really opened myself up a lot..."

"I stood behind every single that I ever did. I still do. If I had to do it again,
I would do it twice as hard and twice as aggressive, and jolt my hips twice as provocatively"

"I want to be able to have the same kind of relationship with my children that my mom had with me, and one of the things that I love coming home to is her cooking. I want to be able to do that for my kids."

"My whole life's goal is to constantly evolve and grow as a person and as a woman."

Sorry about the title....I went blank. So if anybody has a better one, let me know.

Beautiful opening post Pat. As always, you are The Thread Master!

Wow, I love the sound of her tour. It seems very racy and proppy. Hee. Kick ass. I really hope that she still performs Dirrty though.

Thanks Samii. And if she doesn't perform that song...I'm sure she'll perform "Still Dirrty" or a remix of both.

I can't wait to see her in concert again.

Tell Me

Back with the second hot single “Tell Me”, Diddy is determined to make us Press Play with another sexy video. Complete with the 'Diddy standard' high energy and sex appeal that we’ve all come to know, throw in one red-hot vocalist in the form of Christina Aguilera and there you have it...another classic number to make you dance! Just as he promised us "I’m back. You can dance again." Diddy is determined to prove it once more.

This song was originally created as a demo track to test pop/R&B group Danity Kane but Diddy decided to use Christina Aguilera for the song. The video was shot during the last week of September, in Los Angeles and was directed by Erik White. We think you’ll find that it is as visually exhilarant as the song, but you may be too busy dancing to look at the screen.

Thanks for the new thread Twin.

I'd rather have a different 3rd single too but "Back In The Day" is still a good song.

Welcome AphroditeAres, and thanks for the pic.

Kryp, it is a nice song but I don't know if it will be good to follow up ANOM and Hurt.

I agree. I've always loved "On Our Way." I'd rather have that as the next single.

Nice pics.

Presale happens for us on Thursday and I no longer have a credit card. I have the money just no card and no time to get down to the ticket place to pick up a ticket.

Fudge.

Mrs. George Eads and WildAtHeart, hope there's a way for you guys to go!

Kryp, no more ballads. She needs to release something up tempo like "Candyman" or "Makes Me Wanna Pray" after "Hurt".

I think Candyman would've been a great single, but that it go tplayed out during the promotion of the album.
