CDs you regret buying

I own less than 80 CDs even though I'm a crazy music lover.

The reason is I have to be sure I like what I'm getting. So I don't regret any of my CDs.

Do you?

I want to know so I can watch out for it

Def Leppard's "Euphoria" and "X". Jesus. They suck lately. Anything after "Slang" was just... crap fed to the middle aged fat fans stuffed into their torn Hysteria shirts and ripped jeans who refuse to let go of their fun youth and accept the band has had a change in lifestyle and tastes. Nooo, let's just pour the same crap they bought before.

The only GOOD songs they've done off those two albums are "Long Long Way To Go" (get the acoustic version) and "Demolition Man", which they tend not to perform live because it's so fast and hard to do for four minutes straight for a bunch of pudgy 40-somethings.

Mutt Lange is the anti-christ.

I regret buying Trapt's cd. I bought it cuz I liked their first single "Headstrong," but the cd was very dissapointing and I only like about 2 songs from the album including Headstrong.

I regret buying Switchfoots CD last year because I wasn't aware they were a Christian band.

Are they any good? I might want to look at it.

I like Christian bands since I'm Christian myself.

M3 Hehe, sometimes the past is so glorious that you can't let go of it. Maybe they should, though. It's been a while.

Well at the time I loved Hanson but their Live From Albertaine cd really disappointed me.

Ivy's cd Long Distance was too mellow.

Sarah McLachlan's cd Afterglow was a big disappointment.

I don't really like The Walkmen's cd. I like "Hang On Siobhan" but the rest of it is meh.

I have the same thing going on with that Their single was like wow yay, new cool rock band, then I got the album and it sucks; my expectations were a bit high me thinks.

Actually they don't consider themselves a Christian band, since they aren't signed to a Christian label and their music isn't always having to do with their religion. They're "Christian by faith, not by genre", as Jon put it.

Gavin DeGraw's Chariot. I bought it because I liked "I don't want to be" and then I started to like "Follow through" but the rest of the cd just didn't appeal to me.

Hoobastank - The Reason.

I suppose I haven't given them a lot of time to really get to know the songs, but they were just too mellow for me. 'Out of Control' was the only one that appealed.

Floored by Sugar Ray. Fly sucked me into buying the cd. I got tired of listening to it after a while and later decided to get rid of it.

I'm a big fan of Switchfoot, and IMO their latest CD is their best.

The Hanson CD, Middle of Nowhere. Like most prepubescent girls of the time, I was obsessed. Now I wish I could have my fifteen dollars back.
