ben folds five ~ piano rock at its finest..

I've been here for more than 2 years now.. and I've never seen a thread about this AWESOME band. What is up with that?

Anyway... I'm a huge fan of Ben Folds.. so I hope there's other people here who feel the same.

Ben Folds is soooo awesome. I saw him in concert in July, and he was just amazing. All he had for most of the show was his piano, and the way he plays it, it sounds like more. He's just an all-around great entertainer.

I like Ben Folds Five. I have their CD "Whatever and ever Amen" and I just recently bought Ben Fold's CD "Rockin' the Suburbs." I like their/his sound. I love the song "The Luckiest."

Wow you are so lucky. I've never seen him live to be honest, but I've heard good things about him. I wish he'd come somewhere near where I live...

I heard something about him recording an album with William Shatner. I'm serious.

I heard that too. Henry Rollins, Joe Jackson, and Aimee Mann are working on it as well...interesting to say the least.

I love Ben. Saw him live last April and he is one of the best performers I've ever seen. I don't think I've ever laughed that much during a show...ever.

Ha...it's been awhile. Don't know if I can remember everything he played. I remember Kate was a hilight for me. And he also played a new song that he dedicated to Elliott Smith. Amazing song. Can't remember the name of it though. It might be on the Double D EP...not entirely sure though since I don't have that one yet.
