Belle & Sebastian #1: There's Never Too Much Love

Any other B&S fans around here?

I love "Like Dylan In The Movies"! Definitely one of the best songs from "If You're Feeling Sinister" Even though this whole album is amazing! "The Stars of Track and Field", "Seeing Other People", "Get Me Away From Here, I'm Dying" and "The Boy Done Wrong Again" are fantastic!

Oh yeah. Actually, I love pretty much every single B&S song, although I haven't really heard all their albums yet (but I have them). I need to get to name-familiar terms with most of their songs, I haven't listened to them in ages so I can't remember which were the ones I liked!

I really like Belle and Sebastian, sadly, I don't know much of them. I have Another sunny day (that one always puts me in such a great mood! ) and I also listenned to some bits of their latest album at the music store. They have a really special music.

Yes, Another Sunny Day!! This song is amazing, it's been a long time since I've heard "The Life Pursuit", I had forgot how great it is

And you should totally get some more stuff by them, Pauline I promise you won't regret it.

What album is 'Another Sunny Day' from? I need to listen to B&S again, seriously. I can't remember all their songs!

What was the first B&S song you heard, though? Mine is 'The Stars of Track and Field', followed by 'Dear Catastrophe Waitress' - there was no looking back after that

I think the first song by them I heard was "Beautiful" I really really love this song And after I heard it, I think I downloaded the whole "The Life Pursuit"

'Beautiful'! Oh, that song is good, too. Is The Life Pursuit the one with 'Me and the Major', 'Like Dylan In The Movies', 'Funny Little Frog' and all? I like those. Actually, there isn't a B&S song I don't like - it's more of whether ithe song has made an impression on me or not

I know, there isn't a song by them I don't like

"The Life Pursuit" tracklist:
1. Act Of The Apostle Part 1
2. Another Sunny Day
3. White Collar Boy
4. The Blues Are Still Blue
5. Dress Up In You
6. Sukie In The Graveyard
7. We Are The Sleepyheads
8. Song For Sunshine
9. Funny Little Frog
10. To Be Myself Completely
11. Act Of The Apostle Part 2
12. For The Price Of A Cup Of Tea
13. Mornington Crescent

A perfect album, isn't it? I'm listening to it right now
"Me and the Major" and "Like Dylan in the Movies" are from "If You're Feeling Sinister", I guess...

Great day today, cause I went to the music store, and got "The man with the arab strap" Any of you have this one?
I only listenned to it once (as I got a few cds, it takes a lot of time! ) and as I was dead tired, I fell asleep, and I think I missed a few songs, but it's really great. The kind of music that makes you feel so calm and peaceful, and you just want to smile. Does it make you feel like that as well?

Hooray, Pauline! It's great that you got it! And I totally get that! It's totally the kind of music that makes you want to smile, and the soft melodies...
And it's the kind of band that grows on you, so you'll probably like them even more

Yeah B&S music is like that, it's very peaceful!

I have at least a few songs from all the albums actually. I've got a question - you know Tigermilk has a story of Belle and Sebastian right, is that the true story for how B&S formed? No right?
