He skives all the time and he is always distracted by something. And always procastinates. And he doesn't know his work well.

What's annoying is that interns are like supposed to work hard to get the job, but he couldn't care less. I've warned him dozens of time if he doesn't pull up his socks he's not gonna make it. And he still doesn't get it!
