I was just about to post my reasons for this episode, and you have beat me to it since a couple of your reasons is what I would have used

The episode was amazing, probably even beyond amazing! When I watched it Wednesday night, I absolutely loved it although I didn't do enough fansquealing (probably because my boyfriend was watching it with me, and would most likely laugh at me)

By the time I watched it again last night, I defintely squealed and swooned! That hand-holding scene blew me away, we are going to be such a mess when B/B get together for real

And then of course the end scene! I keep thinking back to PITO when Brennan says "we barely touch each other". Yeah right, since it is clearly evident that she definitely knows how to touch Booth and is rather enjoying it

We also can't forget the undoing of Booth's tie and the way Brennan touches his face while demonstrating, such an intimate scene
