Ok, I never said a bad thing about a bones epi so far, but this week's epi makes me want to scream. Sorry, but I have to rant:

I don't think I ever watched an episode of Bones where I found Brennan THAT annoying (or annoying at all). She was goofy (seriously Brennan quoting a movie?! Wouldn't she most likely go on about the scientifical inaccuracy of the it?!), she was insensitive towards Booth, she was flirting with a strange guy (Sully was at least charming and attractive, but this one? Ew), she was spilling Booth's secrets and she was bonding with Daisy. I always liked Brennan but in this episode she was annoying me more than Daisy and that's nearly impossible.

Talking about Daisy: What is she doing at the Jeffersonian again? She's the only intern that makes me want to press fast forward. Also the scenes where she and Sweets kiss or get "hot and heavy" make me cringe in disgust. And the egyptian room, seriously? A. How long has this exhibit going on? and B. I really hope someone has been changing the sheets on that bed...

Also those Hodgins and Angela looking confused at the same time moments are getting old. First time it was funny, but now... Just let them flirt for real or just be friends, but just making them look at each other in that "Huh?" way isn't resolving any issues between them.

The only light was Cam in the one (?) scene she had when she gave Sweets some advice after telling him off first.
Oh and one more thing: The case was kind of unrealistic. Sure, because no one noticed a rubin the size of an egg in the chest of a mummy before. The Egyptians are surely too dumb to notice that themselves. Because this is the first mummy they found.....

This ep was amazing!
Daisy she was so damn annoying as well as Brennan was in this episode, I can't stand her when she is like that, so goofy. I love Brennan when she's so literally just like Booth said when she's Bones!
The end was OMG! For God's Sake they're almost kiss, if all of B/B team didn't interrupted them they were kiss, literally kiss!
Love the end, that was fabulous!

I now want to kill every squint at that Jeffersonian.
They were so close to kissing, so close.
They were looking at each others lips, leaning everything.
Damn I really thought they were about to kiss.

Anyway I have no idea what happened in the rest of the ep, I'll have to watch it to remember this is clouding my memory.

I kept leaning closer towards my computer as they started getting closer...Booth slowly taking steps towards her and then when the squints came down the stairs I jumped...and was ticked!

SERIOUSLY! SO FREAKIN' CLOSE TO AN ACTUAL KISS! I wanted to stomp the squints, all of them!

And I'm a fan of Daisy...loved her back in this episode!!

I can't wait to watch it again tonight with the US airing...but man, oh man!



(I did re-watch the ending this morning as I was getting ready for work...and I could watch it all day...it's too bad I don't work off my own personal laptop, boo.)

Edit: And I think we've got the next thread title for Booth/Bones thread!! Because what's between them is theirs...! I'm really glad I ended up downloading it last night!

I loved, loved, LOVED when Brennan went to fix his bow tie. (I want an icon of that, just as an FYI for all you talented peeps out there ) And then when he brushed her hair back...

My heart is fluttering just thinking about it!

SO CLOSE! I was ready to drop kick the squint squad...I can't believe they didn't see what was happening!!

(And Booth in a tux...be still my heart. A guy in a tux just does something to me...I completely adore it!)

The end of Judas you could pretend they hadn't really been about to kiss. That it was just us urging them to but no way can this be denied. They were 100% going to kiss. Bit wrankled ( don't even know what that means. is it a real word?) they didn't but so close. Next ep should be very interesting

What is with Egyptian artifacts that get the squints a bit hot? Angela and Hodgins, Sweets and Daisy and practically Booth and Brennan.

There really isn't a way to deny what would have happened had the squint squad not walked in and interrupted them...and I love that. I just hope it doesn't get swept under the rug and not brought up again...

And I really, really hope that Andrew is out of the picture. I was not a fan of his. He creeped me out.

I loved Brennan in this episode. We got to see a side of her that was a little less pratical and more fun. You can tell that her first true passion (liked mentioned in PitO) is ancient remains! And I loved her quoting the old mummy movie! So funny I really think we are starting to see her walls crumble and bits and pieces of her are starting to come into focus. They are doing a great job with the writing IMO.

LOL at Daisy and her modulated voice!

Brennan and her excitement about the mummy, and quoting the Boris Karloff movie!

I loved how Booth said "Assistant Director HaCKER"

And then when he said "What goes on between us is ours" That was so intense.
