Bones Season 5 Episodes Airing Early :: Announcement

This thread is a temporary place for those posters who don't get Global and STILL want to watch the Season 5 Epsidoes early via a download or livestream.

If you want to watch the S5 eppies early, please send a PM to onebreath or EmptyHanded for details.

Because so many of us are so used to watching together, squeeing and sharing at the same time, THIS is the thread to do that as we watch .... We will be taking part in the special viewing through livestream or downloads at GMT : 2:30 am, or USA (East Coast) - 10:30pm Wed Night, or USA (Central) - 9:30pm, or USA (West Coast) - 7:30pm, etc. Again, PM onebreath for details.

OMG, the ep.. Well, the case... Uhm..whatever. LOLOL. Seriously, who cares? Too many people, too many names, yada yada yada... 3 of them killed him and it wasn't premeditated murder since the victim was on blood thinners.

But THIS moment

OMG.

It made my heart jolt. Whoa.

Also, Baby Booth. Hahahaha. That was so cute and apparently Angela did use paint that didn't come off. It was still on days later when he was at the Diner with Brennan and his dad.

That SCENE was soooo adorable too. YES, Brennan is awesome (soo sweet how Booth said it too, in a serious way) and it looked to me that both are not that convinced anymore that they are not together 'because they work together'. Brennan was not that quick with her answer and seeked confirmation with Booth and it looked like BOTH didn't believe much in that excuse anymore.

The whole scene was soo adorable. They look like a family.

And and... Booth asking HER to be his fake girlfriend, for Parker's sake... He could have asked anyone but nope.... of course he picked Brennan and by the coffee room scene, he very much liked it that she said yes. Oh my...he advanced so into her space.

FYI, I know the title for the new B&B thread (nr 265): Because he wants her to be his village.

How cute was it that he asked "will you be my /village [hamlet (= tiny village - about 800 ppl)]?"

I loved Baby Booth and Keep your grubby anthro hands off my psych...Sweets was on his game in this ep....I like Arastoo and thought was an interesting side story..Cam's line about YOu arent even going to try to ring that bell are you??

So close! And yes, I agree, he was asking her to basically help him raise his son!

LOL at Brennan "You should also laugh at my jokes" and Booth "I'm laughing in the inside"

I loved loved loved Brennan's getup in the last scene in the diner

And during that last scene, I was thinking about what Parker said, that his friend's dad got a girlfriend and they got married and they moved to her house which had a pool...then Brennan practically said she has a pool, ergo...

Reverse syllogism?

And that pause when Parker asked Brennan why she can't be Booth's girlfriend...come on!

I agree with Parker, that was a stupid reason, them working together

That stupid line.

And that look of awesome!Brennan was soooo adorable...

Now, we knew Max and Parker are both Booth/Bones shipper. And when Max approved, Booth said Brennan is beautiful. Here he says she's awesome. How sweet!!

I cracked up at their whispering behind stuff .. they are loud whisperers..so cute..like little kids..
Parker is just the cutest..and Ty is a great little actor...I swear he looks as if he really could be their kid...Im now picturing him in a tux at their wedding ...

And.. then comes the comment that they aren't boyfriend/girlfriend because it's inappropriate and they work together. NOT because they don't want it! Reading between the lines, she actually admits they WANT TO BE a couple!!!!!

Well, Parker had to be a B&B shipper (altho right now, all he wants is someone with a pool - aka Brennan)

Even they can see how lame the "we're just partners" reason is getting. And they simply couldn't lie to Booth's 8-year old son! Not that they'd be able to convince him otherwise

I love Booth's reactions during the diner scene!

I also liked the line about self-fulfilling fantasy.. Brennan need to rationally decide.. this one worked..try out some more...PLEASE

EDIT: rewatched for like 10th time ..she says self- fulfilling desire which i like even better than fantasy

Trying to get caught up on all the goodies I missed, but I wanted to step in for a second as one of the Moderators of this Board and as a Member of the Management Team.

While I competely understand the frustrations by many that 5x04 was not available quickly for download, I want to remind us all that bashing or making derogatory comments towards real people, towards Canada and the fans there, etc will NOT be tolerated.

We are lucky that we can often get Bones prior to the traditional US airing, and we need to remember that.

I know that often we're just posting frustration in the moment, but we need to keep in mind that everyone can see this board, our posts, and we must follow rules and show proper respect.

I also liked that in the last scene. BB sat together across from Parker..it was like BB was there with Parker .. not Booth/ Parker with Brennan...does that make sense??

As Kirrily said in another thread, Booth sitting with Brennan made them look like they were parents talking to their son (Parker)

I cannot even begin to say how much I loved the episode. The case... well ummm I didn't get it but the BB and Parker stuff was so adorable!

Arastoo's fake accent story was good too. Again dealing with religon and science and the sensitive stuff very well.

The Brennan (anthropology) vs Sweets (psychology) was so funny. I was feeling as lost as Booth!

I

so hard at the look on Angela and Hodgins' faces when Arasto walked in without the accent!

Booth asking Brennan to be his village, I almost felt like he was asking her out on a date with him and Parker. And the way he walked closer to her it almost felt like he was gonna grab her by the hips and pull her to him when she agreed to be his village. And Sweets walked in. I could've sworn Booth had that same grin in PitO when he asked Brennan to shake out her hair.

Also loved how Sweets got it wrong about why Parker wanted his Dad to get a girlfriend. How priceless was the whole ending BB and Parker scene? Parker's simple question about why she can't be his Dad's girlfriend. Do you see the symbology here? Parker's friend got a pool cos his Dad's friend married his girlfriend with a pool. Brennan has a pool!

Booth: Parker's right, you're awesome Bones
Brennan: Yeah, I'm awesome.
Brennan's wink at Parker when she agreed with Parker that she's awesome!

Almost forgot, I absolutely loved when Angela called Parker "baby Booth." How cute! And yes the boy has grown so much. But he's still so cute. The face paint doesn't wash off!!!

This episode is a fanfic writer's dream!
