TFTNT! The title is just perfect because it´s so true!

As I said in the other thread, when talking about his "anger" issues at the beginning of the series. This was my reasoning, and other thoughts...

I think it was probably about his life. He grew up a "only" child so he thought. Both parents were dead. He was thinking he was the last Hodgins to mean anything in this world. He worked at a institution his family fortune controlled, but he tried to hide that fact.

Little by little as he bonded with the gang, as they became more involved with solving modern cases he opened his world and met Angela, fell in love.

There was always that hint of anger underneath but meeting Angela let it fade.

Also we later learned his former fiancee cheated on him with a very good friend of his, so until he got more involved with the cases and met Angela, he probably let that anger overwhelm him...

Love Hodgins. The only time I was really upset was even though I understood it, was when he became paralyzed and treated Angela badly. I totally understood it, and glad they made it through but that was the only time I really was against him. I am glad he learned to see the end of the tunnel before he lost his family.

Loved his little experiments that helped the cases. He always went all in on them. Like making a bomb to get insight. And he was always quick with the humor, sometimes cynical but always great.

Yeah that would explain Hodgins' anger issues and why he was the way he was.

Someone should make a gif of that great moment in the last episode where Hodgins said King of The Lab.

I would love to see that.

How does everybody feel about Hodgins still in a wheelchair at the end of the series?

I did too, and he seemed to be more comfortable with it too.

I got used to it too. Though I always thought he'd be able to walk again.
