1. The end of season 6, when Vincent is shot. Brennan gets into bed with Booth and they end up getting pregnant

2. Forensic anthropology is a terminology used for those who look for clues on how a person has died by only looking at their skeleton.

3. I don't think we will ever know. The only thing we really know about her original name is that it's "Pearly Gates" but we know she hated her first name enough to ditch it altogether and come up with a new one.

4. Eric Millegan left Bones to do some work on broadway. The character Zack was sent to the looney bin because he helped a serial killer get away with murder. In the end, he did it to save Hodgins from being pulled into the conspiracy.

5. Her mother said to her when she had just gotten her heart broken, right before her disappearance, that Brennan should never give her heart to anyone or they'll break it. Brennan listened to her mom even in adulthood.

The original was a mistake. I went to tvguide.com which has them all in order perfectly with the aired date as well

^ I addressed this in further depth in a PM, but the order I gave you was in fact correct. The only mistakes I made with the guide were forgetting to add The Change in the Game and mis-titling The Critic in the Cabernet as "The Critic in the Cabinet".
