It's so weird watching David in anything else for me. I always see him as Booth. I am watching a movie with him in it now and I keep going " what's Booth doing".

It's weird to go back and see him as Angel on Buffy, when you have 12 years of him as Seely Booth...
It's official, CBS has ordered David's pilot, "Seal Team" for next season. So we continue to see his streak of staying employed for 20+ years, which started with Buffy. Good for him, it will be odd to see him in another role so soon. But he's done it before. Quote:

So soon too. I am still adjusting to seeing Michael Weatherly of NCIS on Bull after so many years on NCIS. At least we know Bones is over, but still, it will be strange so quickly. But at least he's prepared to handle this kind of world given so many years of Seely.

Given that this role sounds on the surface to be close to what he played as Seely. At least the move from Buffy/Angel to Bones was a complete departure. So I am curious to see how he changes for this new show.
Also I had stopped watching Angel a long time before it ended, so the change to BONES probably wasn't that hard for me. But this one might be different. But good for David for trying to move on. I had figured he might want to work more on directing than acting initially after Bones. But steady work is hard to come by, and his name is bigger coming straight out of BONES than it might be in a few years... So hopefully it works out for him. __________________
