Hi Bones-Fans!

Andie and I discussed the topic of anti-threads and decided to allow this thread for now. However, if we feel that it leads to any problems we’ll close it immediately.

Note: Before you start new anti-threads for other characters/relationships it’s mandatory to ask the moderators for permission! Otherwise the threads will be closed ASAP.

We understand that not everyone can stand every character/relationship on the show for various reasons and needs a place to vent about it, but we ask you to follow some rules:

• Absolutely no bashing of actors, relationships, writers, producers, Fan Forum members and so on. If you have a problem with another poster please contact one of the moderators to explain the problem. Keep all issues off the board and contact the poster - if you feel the need to do so - via PM. Fan Forum is allowing all it’s members to PM, no matter how many posts they have.

• Please make sure to handle discussions in a friendly and constructive manner and stay on topic!

• Not everyone is going to agree with what you say, so please be respectful of one another.

• Lurking in an anti-thread and going back to an appreciation thread and discussing what was being talked about is also not allowed.

• No „star/chatty“ posting, not that you can’t say hello or bye to the other posters, but please make sure you post to add something to the discussion. If you can’t really add something constructive/relevant at the moment, we ask you to wait until you can.

• No double/triple or more posts in a row posting! It’s against FF rules. However, there are exceptions, such as when FF is running slow, freezes or times out and accidentally puts more posts through, we understand that you don’t have control over that. If there’s no traffic in the thread for a longer amount of time and you’d like to add new information or start a new discussion topic, then you can post. But other than that, please do not double or triple post just to bump the thread!

• No thread titles.

If you are a fan of a character/relationship, we ask that you don’t enter the anti-thread of said character/relationship trying to defend them, because the people in the anti-thread should not have to justify and defend why they don’t like the character/relationship. This just causes more problems, so we ask that you steer clear of the threads you don't want to be a part of and stick to the ones you do.

Once again, if things get out of hand and posters don't follow the rules stated above, we will close the thread! We want the Bones board to be a friendly place people enjoy and not a place where posters work themselves up about other posters bashing the character/relationship they like.

same here besides, i think its sad that there're anti-threads ehre too now, i always liked the fact that there wasnt any hate at least here. but of course, if ppl feel like that...

It's not a recent development. The first UNAppreciation thread (Booth/Cam) was started back in October 2006

Here's the key. This is not a hate thread.

It is a thread to show that not all of us believe that Booth and Brennan should hook up.

Not all people who are friends, end up in a sexual relationship.

I have yet to see any logical, well thought out reasons to LIKE them as a couple.

I like them as friends. it's the way it should be, IMO.

Wow, this is the first time I ever met someone who is NOT a BB shipper But it's not bad, you know, it's intesresting to see different opinions on the same subject

Because they are friends. Sex always ruins the best friendships.

I don't see how they could make a relationship work.

I myself, am a Booth/Brennan shipper, but I also like to hear other opinions

You do have a very good point in saying that sex ruins friendships. I personally wouldnt say it "always" does this however, as I believe there are exceptions to everything.

To be totally honest, A part of me seems to not want them to get together lately either. I'm very interested in their flirting at the moment and am slightly worried that if anything more were to happen, it might kinda bore me. (I am so gonna be hated for saying that )

& you should probably have a look at the seebones thread to see people's reasons for supporting B/B, coz I think things should perhaps stay anti-BB here?

Ya'll really don't have any thing to worry about. Hanson has said for the forseable future the the show will remain a flirty romantic- comedy drama. They want something else to be able to make tension before they can be together that way...

dont feel so bad.. im sure that there are more out there ill talk to you about B&B if you like..(im a B&B shipper..but i dont mind hearing your views)

I just don't see it...

I don't know why people think that they should be together.....It just seems icky to me.

IMO, just because people get along....doesn't mean that they are destined to have a relationship.
