I love it. I think he was afraid for a second that she was going to tell him that she had been with someone else, because they had their moment but he knew well that Brennan does have her belief's. But the smile that he showed when she confirmed, he was the father. After some darkness, he was finally getting his coma dream and it was coming true!
I watched the wedding... Wow. Perfect vows for both of them. BONES is one of the few shows that likes reference the past, and I love the call backs in both of their vows. So perfect for both of them. So romantic... Brennan dress was gorgeous. __________________

Yes he was. He was so happy. He finally got what he wanted.
I loved their vows too. I'm glad we got to see what Brennan wrote in her note in Aliens. __________________

It rang true to what she probably would of written in the note. And more evidence that she was knowledgeable of the bond, and the attraction and the oddity of it but she wasn't ready to acknowledge or act on it. And still needed time to come with terms, given where her life was...
Sully opened the door, and then time allowed her to really see that she wanted Booth in her life. __________________

That is the one thing I enjoyed that the show never forgot it's history and always tended to bring pop up from the past episodes, easter eggs. And the vows were a perfect way for that, and her note was what just like she what would have written back then...

Yes I loved that they would bring up things that happened earlier in the series. Their vows were perfect.

It was a great way to honor the show, and the characters that we all loved. I especially loved the last speech Booth gives Brennan about what her life would be, even if she was never the same after the explosion. It was a perfect call back to them over the course of the seasons...
I am onto Season 10 in my marathan re-watch. Got to say Booth really had a rough season, and no wonder he slipped back into gambling... Love how Brennan blackmailed to get Booth released from jail. __________________

It was. Even once they were married. You saw how much they loved each other. One of the few shows to actually succeed in showing the struggle once married, and yet the drama didn't have to end them. Even their brief marital split. It worked for who both characters, and the fact it pushed Booth to recognize it so he could get his family back.

God it was realistic and yet angsty when Booth found himself slipping into gambling. The new baby couldn't keep him away. Brennan had to protect herself and Christine, since there was the threat to the family. It was a hell of a time...
Although thankfully it was a short storyline. I liked how Brennan went to Aubry for help. She went into Mama Bear territory as she took Christine immediately to Max. __________________
