Hehe, I'll start - in "The man in the bear" Booth and Brennan are supposed to be in Washington (state), various landscape shots are displayed. One of them shows IMO the Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. Yosemite National Park is located in California, not Washington

 Here is another one:The opening scene of the first episode shows a plane landing under an on-screen title of "Dulles International Airport" with the Capital Building prominently shown behind the runway. However, Dulles International Airport is 25 miles west of Washington DC (Error in geography) __________________

Found another one - in "The Superhero in the Alley" Booth places his Sharpshooter badge on the coffin. The badge reads "Sharpshooter Los Angeles Police Department"

In "A Boy in a Tree" when Dr. Brennan and Agent Booth are waiting for the Sheriff to deliver the sex tapes Dr. Brennan's arm changes positions in between shots. Sometimes it is resting on the car door and at other times her arms are crossed.

In the pilot episode you can see the Los Angeles City Hall in the background at one point (shortly before Booth says "What? Do you want me to spit in my hand? We're Scully & Mulder" to be exact).

The episode before the last one, 2x14, you can see a palm tree in the background when Booth and Bones arrive at the house of Hodgin's friend.

in 'the boy in the shroud' Brennan puts her jacket on the back of the chair and you see it fall off. then in the next shot she's sitting and its back on the top of the chair..
