You couldn't really tell by how he was running to save Brennan! Sure he cared about Cam, but not the way he cared abut Brennan.

Cam definitely knew. She might not have been ready to walk away. Or for their relationship to end yet due to the fact she could see that they were fighting it. But the way Booth reacted, that wasn't your normal reaction. Sure Brennan was missing, but still... he was too devastated and over the top in his reactions. She had to have seen it.
But because they weren't ready to voice it yet. She sticked around. But if it wasn't the first, but certaintly it was first big warning side that he did love her. Such a wonderful episode. The run to save her, down that hill when he sees the puff of smoke. Amazing. __________________
