Bones 2x06 - "The Girl in Suite 2103" Epi Discussion (Repeat 06/29/2007, 8 ET)

Quote:
ON THE NEXT BONES:
Brennan and Booth are called to the site of an explosion in a D.C. hotel where a young woman has been burned to death. Initially, the explosion is thought to be the work of a Colombian drug cartel intending to target Judge Dolores Ramos, the Colombian judicial representative. State Department official Alex Radziwill insists everything to do with Judge Ramos and the case go through him, which becomes both annoying and problematic when he stands in Brennan and Booth's way as they do their jobs in pursuit of key information about the case. When fingers point to Ramos' husband and son, Booth and Brennan are shocked to learn who was behind the murderous plot, and how far the State Department will go to protect a murder suspect in "The Girl in Suite 2103" episode of BONES airing Wednesday, Oct. 4 8/7c

I saw the promo. looks to be an interesting one.

*hate* the ending of it, like I said b4, but I'll give it a chance.

The Cardinals were the only team in the NFL not to have back-to-back losses this season.
Quarterback Kurt Warner’s 98.9 passing rating in the playoffs is second in NFL history behind the Packers’ Bart Starr.
Good luck in the playoffs ... carry these statistics throughout and you'll be nearly impossible to beat!

The ending of the promo, you mean? I'm not concerned. I think it's "misleading" the way promos often are. And if in fact that happens in that manner, I am almost guaranteeing Bones will be there to save the day. It'd be so like the duo, right now.

yup, the ending of the promo...

I dunno...just don't like it when it's misleading like that. but you're right. she'll more than likely be there to save the day. and it is *SO* like them right now.

hey, I'm just happy we're getting another one!

Right there with you, on just being happy we have another, and not the Cam/Booth sex fest, as my last memory before the hiatus!

Francie- OH hun.. I woulnd't worry about the promo. Booth in danger.. yeah. they'll obviously get out of it...and I'm sure Tempe wouldn't let anything happen to him.

Anyway, I'm excited that we have another episode before the dreaded hitaus.. And this seems like it could be a good one.

I would have hated to go into hiatus with the memory of Booth/Cam in bed burned into my brain..

So all I ask.. is that this episode leaves me with a good feeling.. at least a semi-good feeling.. and also.. that the it dosen't end on another Booth/Cam scene. ANYTHING but that. Thank you.

Shauna, I agree on the whole ending of this upcoming eppy. Anything but another Cam/Booth moment.

Well FOX has been just overloading Bones previews today, during the NFL games. I swear I've seen the same promo 10 times! Enough to describe the end of the promo we're talking about. I honestly think, by the coloring of the background etc., it happens in the same scene and location as the part of the promo before it where Bones is kicking someone's ass! I have faith he's fine.

Wow.. I'm glad they are promoting the show so much! That makes me all kinds of happy. Hehe.. I have faith that he will be fine too.. obviously.. hehe. I acutally can't wait for that scene at the end of the preview....b/c.. A) I LOVE when Brennan kick ass! And B) l love dramatic near life/death situations like that..b/c that could lead to BB touching of some way..or another intimate talk b/w them. or just them giving each other concerened looks.... see how my mind works,

Well, I'm with you on the whole scene. No worries on my end.

And yeah, I've been surprised and happy to see the promo airing and airing and airing.

tru enuf!

Shauna: I know, sweetie. I just *hate* when a character I like is injured in *ANY* way. like I said b4, when he was on 'Angel', I felt a knot in my stomach when he was in danger. when he was in the explosion last season...his wrist this season...just me. but I know Tempe will save him. and yea, nice when she kicks ass! hehe

Isn't it weird with shows/movies...you love to hate close encounters with danger!
You don't want to see Bones get hurt, but when she's in danger and the adrenalin pumps you just know Booth will come through for her and that makes for an amazing scene.. or vice a verca...

hehe, I know what you mean.

you somehow don't want it, yet when it happens, you can't help but feel drawn to it, ya know? you *have* to watch it and see how it turns out.

Nad: thankies for the heads-up! looks like an interesting one.
