Episode Synopsis: Bones Season 9 Episode 11 “The Spark in the Park” – The Jeffersonian team investigates the murder of a nationally ranked gymnast, whose remains were hit by lightning and scattered throughout a public park. Although evidence points to a fellow gymnast (guest star Maroney) as the key suspect, Brennan and Booth discover the victim was leading a double life. Meanwhile, Booth gets upset when Brennan shows surprising empathy for the victim’s father (guest star Schiff), and Cam confronts the woman who stole her identity in the all-new “The Spark in the Park” episode of BONES airing Friday, Dec. 6 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Great episode! The ending was beautifully done, and not the usual ending we always get (but we did get an adorable scene before that, I wonder who the couple is)

Second, Emily deserves that Emmy (there are some incredible moments that blew me away)!

This episode was great!!!! Loved it. It was a perfect way for us to end before our month hiatus!

Loved the last two scenes...they were great. And the scene before the final scene was awesomely adorable!

Cam was so mad at her friend . loved Arastoo talking some sense into her

aww Brennan really related to the victim's father. glad she worked it out with Booth and helped the dad too

I didn't get both Booth and Arastoo in this episode. I get what Arastoo was coming from. But this was a friend that Cam thought she had, and who betrayed her, wrecked her name and apparently did it for a year before being caught. The hammer should have been given to her.

And Booth was too judgmental with the father of the victim. Years of being exposed to Brennan and he couldn't see that he obviously worked at another level, and loved his daughter, but couldn't quite connect to her...

Which would exactly happen with Brennan lost both Booth and Christine. She might have Angela, and her friends. But something tells, she would get lost in the work.

Loved how Brennan connected to the father. And the scene at the end. With him using his daughter's talent to pay tribute in science ways.

Booth was too had on the father in this episode for sure. That has always annoyed me.

I loved the ending scene with Brennan going back to check on him. What he did for his daughter on the board was so beautiful.

It was a powerful look. You would think Booth would get it after years of being exposed to how Brennan sees things. He might not always get it, but come on. Yes, you should always treat everyone suspiciously because they didn't know right away that she was a gymnast. But the way he was acting. Wow.

Brennan totally got him, and loved that she advocating for him. And that scene at the end... How before too, she was worried that he would end it because he was losing everything...

You would have thought Booth would have gotten it after all these years but he was acting like he did not at all.

I loved Brennan’s concern. She was able to communicate with him in a way that he understood.
