Brennan can be pretty funny with what she thinks. or situations she finds herself in. The lapdance was perfect.

I didn't realize this was a episode David directed, a reason why he wasn't in much of the previous one as he was setting this one up.

Didn't care for Brennan/Sweets subplot. She might be unique, and doesn't get suspects or other people, but she's been known to show empathy.

Funny episode with the foaming bone. Never quitting, and always setting the alarm.

Brennan was able to show empathy it always annoyed me when people did not see that.

I did not realize David directed this episode either.

Took me years to realize it. Sometimes when a star is so light in a episode, than they might be directing the next episode. And that was the case, I made sure to watch the credits to see if my hunch was right.

Brennan can be uptight. But she does know how to attach to her someone, usually when it pushes one of her buttons. So, the plot didn't ring true to me.

Brennan can be uptight but that does not mean she does not have feelings. It always annoyed me when people thought that.

Definitely. Sure, the character changed from the beginning of the series. People all the time misunderstood her.

I know they wanted something for Sweets to do. But Brennan knows how to show empathy with people. Sometimes she is the one to get the answers, so I did not like they were making as if she did not get it.

Funny to see them so baffled by the bones.

People misunderstood Brennan all the time and it was kind of sad to see.

Brennan does know how to show empathy for sure.

She was definitely different, and you really had to get her. But yeah, everyone seemed to think one way about her, and were surprised when other sides of her came out.

Once you got to know Brennan you realized how much of a big heart she had.

Wonderful episode to rewatch.
The car guys were funny, the end was funny and Hodgins saying King of The Lab twice was perfect

It was the first Bones episode David directed. (He had experience directing on his show Angel before)
