   , in no particular order was my feelings about the episode! This could have easily been a series finale, but I am so happy that we have another season to look forward to Great finale, and I actually like how it ended (compared to some of the other enders)! __________________

Yeah, when they filmed it they weren't sure if it was the season finale or the series finale. I'm glad it was the season finale.

Yeah it was the air of uncertainty when they crafted the season closer. It was a good way to do it given the reunion was so new, but of course with the fact the renewal was delayed, than it showed that they weren't really going to end them, if the show was ending...
But they found a good way to give a new start... __________________

It was probably the right ending at that point, and it ultimately showed that they weren't finished yet, and thankfully we got another chance to see more.

I agree. It worked perfectly with what was going on. However I am glad we got more because I am not sure I can imagine them not working their jobs.

If it had been truly the end. An appropriate ending. Given all they had gone through. I could buy them walking away, and just wanting to spend time together as a family. I am glad we had more episodes.
And Angela realizing she couldn't take Hodgins away from his dream of science and the Jeffersonian. Loved some the squints came in... Wow, what Hodgins ultimately did with the money. How he could give up that kind of money. True, a lot of blood was on it, and they were starting over. Still.. But glad they tied up what Pelant did with the money. __________________
