Ohhhhhh I cannot stand Tom Cruise right now. Scarlett Johansson droped out of doing a role in Mission Impossible 3 with Tom because he kept pressuring her into Scientology..and the things he's been saying about Brook Shields, has really pissed me off...

It was in our TV this week about the Scarlett Johansson thing. And i'm sure most have heard how he dissed Brooke Sheilds on Oprah about her depression and how she said the pills her doctor prescribed helped her a lot, he was ripping on her for promoting drugs etc...and just it was crap you know..what right does he have to judge her.

Ryan was great in Murder By Numbers, so I think he would do really well in a role like Johnny's in the Secret Window. Ryan just plays damaged individuals very well, and he's one of the few actors who has made me cry in movies.

I know it sounds a bit cliched, but I'd also love to see him in some romantic comedies. I know that he's said they're really not his thing, but seeing him in shows like Breaker High, MMC, and Flash Forward, I know he can pull off comedy, and I KNOW he can pull off the whole romance aspect. Plus, I'd really like to see him with his shirt off if at all possible.

Ditto on the shirt off thing. I don't know about romantic comedies though. I love to see him do another epic romance tale like The Notebook. It had it's funny moments from Noah and cast, but I think he's more of the serious comedy type actor...

I agree with you on that. He definitely seems more serious.

I'd like him to do a romantic comedy, but a quirky offbeat one. Nothing like "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" (for example).

Maybe one opposite like Maggie G.?
