I wished I could say that I've seen United States of Leland, but I haven't. It's not been so easy for me to find. I guess I'll have to buy it off of Amazon or something.
 Maybe, it can be streamed on Netflix. Not sure?Of the movies, I've seen... Murder by Numbers was probably my least favorite. Just because the plot was so dark, eerie, and twisted.  His character was so malicious and truly frightening, which means he did a great job getting the point across.  __________________

Yes he was a good villain in MBN. See because he did a great job I can't say it's my least favorite role of his.

I found it really hard to try to pin point my least favorite movie. I’ve a genuine joy in seeing Ryan in movies, besides the obvious eye candy he represents; there is something so pleasant in seeing someone so committed to their craft. I believe Ryan is an actor’s actor, he immerses himself in the characters he portrays, he is truly talented.
I thought he was absolutely amazing on Blue Valentine (my icon sort of gives it away) but I also enjoy him a lot in movies like Half Nelson, The United States of Leland and The Ides of March. I wasn’t crazy about Crazy, Stupid, Love, I liked Ryan in the movie but it didn’t leave me with that feeling of reflection and admiration. I guess probably because it was a commercially oriented movie. __________________

Maybe, she's referring the the gore, violence, or language. It doesn't get to you if you look at it from an artistic standpoint & remember it's just a movie. I'm not into that, either. So, I'd say it's probably my least favorite movie of his, now. It used to be Murder by Numbers.
