What is your least favorite Ryan film/project?

(Note: This is not a bash thread, but perhaps a more critical one, if it goes that route. I just figured I'd open up a new discussion beyond a games thread, since we're in between Ryan projects being released.)

The more I think about it, the less I like The United States of Leland -- even though I thought Ryan was great in it, as was Don Cheadle.

Hm.. this is a good topic to think about but at the moment I'm sort of thinking
United States of Leland too and maybe murder by numbers...

What didn't you like about MBN?

It wasn't one of my faves either.

Honestly I didn't love his character. I mean he did a good job but I didn't love him and Michael Pitt. I mean they did good with what they had but I didn't love their characters. Plus it just didn't go away loving the movie and thinking. Ryan did an incredible goal.

I also think that I didn't love that he did young Hercules that much. Overall it didn't seem like to be that character based which is more of what I think Ryan would like to do.

Bringing this back for more discussion.

To be fair, he was just starting out then.

Much like MMC and BH, it was probably the best job he could get, for the money, you know what I mean? He didn't have the option to be as choosy as he is now.

Well that is true overall. He didn't have that many options then and it was probably good as a starting off point for him.

Do you have any more thoughts on any of the newer things he has done?
