Murder By Numbers: Because he was one sexy killer!
 

He was hot no matter what and did such a good job with this role. It was very intense.

He sure was!

I remember driving my whole family crazy just to go and see this movie. And I remember everyone hating him with a passion and me laughing whenever he licked someone's face :lol:

He did an amazing job, and he had the needed chemistry with Michael Pitt, both were very very great.

I always thought Richard was a little in love with Justin...:lol: But seriously, Ryan did a wicked good job portraying Richard. He can be really crazy but still have this quality that makes you love his character.

this was in my top 3 ryan movies along with Believer and the notebook for sure...

Him and Sandy WERE HOT in this movie.... It was perfect for him

Ryan did such an amazing job in this movie. I really like it, Richard was this insane asswhole kid but you still kinda liked him...I kinda felt bad because I almost *wanted* him to get away with the murder....

This was the first role I think I ever saw Ryan in; it's definitely the first role I sat up and took notice of him. He was wonderfully creepy in this movie; his character really stayed with me. He also had some really interesting chemistry going on with Sandra Bullock.

I'm so furious at myself! I taped the movie but never watched it and then I taped something else on the tape instead.. :mad:

lol me and my friend are completly in love with this movie. She came over one night so we could watch a chick flick and after looking at all my movies we were like screw that lets watch murder by numbers again! lol

I loved this movie. Ryan was awesome in it.

He really did... so much more than what she had with her actual love interest in the movie.

I'd love to see them do something else together.

Well they did date after this movie for awhile... I dont know for how long or what, but I know they were item for a little bit,

Yeah I also heard that they dated after filming Murder by Numbers.

Anyway, the movie's just OK for me... the ending is kinda whacked. But what I REALLY LOVE about the movie is Ryan Gosling and Michael Pitt. Ryan was clearly awesome in this.

I love this film. Ryan was great in it. His character was so intense.

What I liked about the ending was that you assumed that Richard had done the killings, but that it wasn't him but Michael Pitt's character. I think it just added a WTF kinda thing. You thought you had it figured out but then you didn't.

I found it so strange that him and Sandra Bullock dates. Kinda like and Ashton/Demi kinda situation.

Yeah, for me it fit with them though, maybe cause they had such sexual tension in Murder By Numbers. When he had her up against the car it was pretty hot.

lol, my favorite scene must have been when he was trying to get Lisa in the car and he was dancing all over the place.

i've only seen the film once but i just ordered the DVD. Wohoo for me!

That's why I just loved this film - I was so sure it was Richard & then I was just like :eek: "Hold up! It wasn't him?!..."

I just couldn't stop laughing when he came out with:
Richard: Please, that chick spreads like peanut butter.

I think his role in MBN was one of his best for recognition purposes. Starring opposite someone like Sandra Bullock, there's a big chance of recognition.

I heard they dated after filming too...I think it was reported that they went out for like two years. But neither confirmed it or really denied it...but that's in the past! ;)
