I could definitely see her as a guest star on The Good Wife playing a ruthless lawyer. It's the kind of show that's very good and that gets a lot of good and big guest star so why not?

Series can be interesting for actors, and it seems a lot of actors are making the switch from moves to series. For me the risk of doing a series is that it's difficult to keep a plot line interesting and alive. Usually a series kind of dies after one or two seasons, which is a shame.

I do think series can be interesting for an actor because it leaves you more room to explore and develop a character.

There were two references to Rachel this week on TV, first in Happy Endings:

Quote:

'Okay, Pen, imagine a world where your friends don't exist. Who would we hang out with?' 'Uh... Rachel McAdams?'

And another one in Go On, they're discussing who Ryan (Matthew Perry) should date:

Quote:

'You know who's pretty? Rachel McAdams.' 'Oh, she's great. I saw her on Jon Stewart. She's interesting.' 'She could have been quicker with the comic banter.' 'Also a little skinny. I like an inviting bosom.' 'I like where this is going. "Funnier Rachel McAdams with bigger boobs."' 'I'm sorry, is this where we're setting his bar? The prettiest movie star in the world, but funnier and stacked? I just feel like we should be be discussing some more realistic options.'
