It's so weird seeing all of these Home & Away stars doing so well in the US. There are so many of 'em.

I used to watch Ryan all the time when he was on. I stopped watching the show though.

I've never seen True Blood, but I should since Anna Paquin's a kiwi

I have never seen that show either, but I feel like I'm missing out. I've keep hearing about how good the show and the books are.

Yup, it's based on the Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampire Series. I've never read the books, but I heard they're even better than the show. True Blood must be watched

So we were pretty pumped when we read that she recently said of doing a cameo in "Sherlock Holmes 2," "It was nice to revisit. It's why I've always thought I would like to do television. You get really intimate with your character. Often with film, I find that you're just really getting to know a person. They're just starting to sink in, and then you wrap the film. So, it was nice to get to bring her back and have time to meditate on her a bit more. I liked that exercise."

How exciting would it be to get a weekly dose of Rachel on the small screen? Woo hoo!

To make this dream into a reality, we've brainstormed some show concepts for her. Rachel, feel free to take these to the production company of your choosing:

A sitcom where Rachel moves to Minneapolis and lands a job writing for the local news station. It's one half "Mary Tyler Moore" and one half "Morning Glory." And all genius.

A hospital drama where Rachel is a doctor who cures everyone's ailments by singing to them. Only she has to make it look like she actually practices medicine.

Since Rachel did high school beyotch so effectively in "Mean Girls," we're thinking a drama where she plays a total snob. When she loses her high powered finance job in the recession, she moves home and becomes the girls basketball coach at her old school. The girls teach her to love again.

A police procedural where Rachel is a detective gifted with a supersonic sense of smell that she uses to solve crimes.

Or a a psuedo-reality series about a rabid fan stalking Ryan Gosling. The twist being that Rachel -- rather than a total stranger -- plays the stalker.

A sitcom where Rachel is psychic and uses her powers to help people find "the one." With hilariously off results, of course.

I agree Belle the stalker bit makes me laugh

It would be pretty awesome if Rachel joined a series and we would get weekly Rachel on our television

But a show is a lot of commitment from an actor, I don't see Rachel doing a series anytime soon.

That would be pretty great, thanks for recommending/tipping me that show btw. I really enjoyed watching it so far.

It would be interesting to see Rachel guest starring in a sit-com since it's not really her genre but with Morning Glory she proved she has comedic skills.

I would really love to see Rachel in a TV series. I think she'd be really great at developing a character the way a television show would allow her. Plus, it seems like a lot of TV actors are able to maintain lower profiles than movie actors (although Rachel is pretty low-profile anyway).

The idea of her playing a snob who loses her job actually sounds pretty interesting

Oh yeah Rachel in a TV show would be great!

As you said, she would be perfect for a comedy.

But I also could see her on a "criminal" show but not a too dark one such as Bones (

) or Castle. A mix between investigation and humour.

Or a TV show like The Good Wife. Very intense. (I love this show).

I think it would be cool if she joined the cast of Once Upon a Time - it'd be interesting to see her in that kind of show setting (fairy tale meets modern day).

I agree, Gabriela. I would love to see Rachel a fairy tale type character, now that they're adding some other fairy tales characters as guest stars.
