Olivia Kanten-Sloman, who played one of the kids in About Time did an interview with her local media. She talks about Rachel and Domhnall (etc) in it! Kind of spoilery? Maybe? A little? But if you've seen the trailers it won't ruin anything:

I didn't actually know she met Rachel, she talked about her before and how she is her favorite actress/inspiration but it's nice that she got to meet her

It's nice that she still likes Rachel and mentions her as an idol after she met her. Sometimes you hear stories about how people are disappointed when they meet someone they admire.
