Seems like a great time than any other to start this thread since she and Eric Bana are now confirmed to play Clare and Henry, respectively.

I really loved this book. For those who haven't read it, should. I'm excited to hear who else is going to be a part of it.

I haven't read the book, but I like the premise of the story. I'm really excited for this new Rachel movie.

Shooting is expected to start in August 2007.

I wonder how many Clare's they'll have in this movie, obviously, since Rachel wouldn't be able to play a little kid. It's going to be interesting, that's for sure.

I definitely want to read the book now. Next time I'm at the library, I'll try to pick it up. This time, I'm going to finish the book.

I remember when I read the book, I couldn't put it down. Henry was my favourite character, hands down. I wanted one of my close friends to read it since she kind of likes the same books that I enjoy....so i could have a reason to talk about the book.

I remember I started to read the book, but I gave up. Mainly because I knew that I couldn't finish it before the due date and the book was quite hefty. Anyway, I wonder if Rachel will dye her hair red. Clare's a redhead right?

Yep, Clare's a redhead. Hopefully, Rachel will dye her hair for the role. I don't think we've seen her as a redhead before? Or maybe we have and I just can't remember.

Hm, The Notebook? Maybe that was more reddish brown though.

I swear, I thought she said that it was strawberry-blonde, in like a Notebook type of featurette. Maybe I'm imagining things, because her hair wasn't really strawberry-blonde.

According to someone from IMDB, they're casting four different actresses for Clare. So I can't wait to see who's cast as the other three Clare's (more importantly, the little Clare!)

Actually, the strawberry blonde sounds familiar. I think I've seen it (or heard it somewhere) too.

I think this is the project of Rachel's I'm most looking forward to out of all of the three she has lined up, even though they're only starting production later this summer.

I think I'm excited more equally with this project & The Return, for different reasons. This one because it's one of my favourite books, and TR because it seems like a different type of role compared to her past.

When I finish the semester, I'm definitely gonna reread the book again.

I really loved the book..

I'm surprised that Brad Pitt still produces the movie.. he and Jen wanted to act in that movie together, so I read the book and I was so fond of it..
But now I'm even happier of Rachel starring.. *yay*

I'm not to fond of Eric, but I'm in a good mood for that movie.
