Slings & Arrows: Cuz' Rachel has a gift even on the tube!

Hey guys! Just taking a minute away from the b-day to pop in to say hi! I was looking at imdb.com and I saw that Rachel did make appearances on this t.v. show called Slings & Arrows, which airs on Canadian television. I think its worthy to discuss her guest appearances on the show! Here's some info. on it:

"Slings and Arrows" (2003)

Directed by Peter Wellington (Joe's So Mean To Josephine), SLINGS AND ARROWS is based in the fictional town of New Burbage where legendary theatrical madman Geoffrey Tennant (Paul Gross) returns to the New Burbage Theatre Festival, the site of his greatest triumph and most humiliating failure, to assume the Artistic Directorship after the sudden death of his mentor, Oliver Welles. When Geoffrey arrives he finds that Oliver is still there, in spirit anyway, and with his guidance (and often in spite of it) Geoffrey attempts to reconcile with his past while wrestling the Festival back from the marketing department. Despite a bitter leading lady, a clueless leading man, and a scheming General Manager, he manages to stage a remarkable production of Hamlet; the play that drove him mad.

Rachel made a guest appearance on the show a couple of times in these episodes:

- Season's End (2005) TV Episode .... Kate McNab
- Playing the Swan (2003) TV Episode .... Kate McNab
- Outrageous Fortune (2003) TV Episode .... Kate McNab
- Madness in Great Ones (2003) TV Episode .... Kate McNab
- Geoffrey Returns (2003) TV Episode .... Kate McNab

I've never seen the show but I'm sure her performance on it was great! Okay, heading back to celebrating my birthday now!

Thanks for the thread, Caroline.

I've seen a few of those episodes last summer on television. I missed how the season with Rachel ended, but overall it was an okay show. It was nice to see Rachel on TV though.

Was it a comedy or drama, I guess?

It was more comedy than drama.
