Box Office Mojo is now also confirming the July 25, 2014 date. It will be up against Hercules, Sex Tape, Step Up All In, and Happy Christmas (all wide). Step Up All In is also from Lionsgate.

I'm not sure it's a good idea they are releasing it in the summer. I think it will get lost between the blockbusters like Guardians of the Galaxy (August 1) and Jupiter Ascending.

The Anton Corbijn A Most Wanted Man photobook release date for Holland is currently set for September 2014. So I assume it will get a fall release in the Netherlands

The dutch film festival is always in September so I hope it will premiere there!

Filmnation favorited my tweet about the release date so I guess that it's official (for now?).

I'm with you Amanda, like I said before I think it will get lost in between the blockbusters. I wish they would go for a fall release (also because then they can get it into TIFF

Nothing good comes out of releases in July. September movies are already forgettable for the Oscar season, so I can't even imagine July.
