Hey Jordan, just listen to their latest album Babel.I bet you'll fall in love with them. They have two albums in discography. The first one is Sigh No More. After listening to them I just fell in love with the Indie Folk genre.

I agree with the others, Jord! You've got to give them a shot. It's all very emotional music, the kind of stuff that just swells into this excellent crescendo full of so many instruments and so much heart and I bet you'll enjoy it a lot.

I also posted this in the 'About Time' thread, but I think it's a good link for this thread as well. Richard Curtis talks about the 'About Time' soundtrack (he reveals some spoilers on the movie!): EXCLUSIVE: Richard Curtis Explains His Song Choices For Forthcoming (And Final?) Rom-Com 'About Time'

I already hope Cameron Crowe will do the same for the upcoming untitled Cameron Crowe/Hawaii/Deep Tiki project

I love this so much! I also really just love how much music means to people when it comes to creating things.

New quote on music:
Quote:
“Oh my goodness! It’s like that butterfly effect isn’t it? What if you fixed one thing and you ruined everything else? I probably wouldn’t tamper too much. I’ve seen too many movie to know what happens there. But, I’d love to go back to Woodstock, if I could pick one particular time in history. I love music.”

Punches her in the face because I love her so much. Also this reasoning on not screwing around with time travel is my favorite thing ever because GURL THAT'S WHY I WOULDN'T DO IT EITHER, I KNOW WHAT HAPPENS, I'VE SEEN THE MOVIES.

It's interesting that she worked with directors in the recent years who are really into music (Anton Corbijn, Richard Curtis and Cameron Crowe etc.). I wonder if that's also an extra reason for her to say 'yes' to projects.

I guess so Lindsey. And I'm really glad about it.This might turn out to be the key for me to persuade her to do my films in future.

Or if them loving music and it showing in their films is why she loves their films and then was inspired to work with them! Either way, that's a really interesting theory that I hadn't thought of before, Lindsey!
